Boobs look too low down...??
Hi girlies!
I know this probably sounds silly as i only had my op yesterday but I'm worried my boobs look a bit low? I didn't need an uplift but only just! They look a bit like they don't gradually slope down from the top, my chest is flat then my boob suddenly stick out. If that makes sense?
I didn't know if they will gradually slope down more naturally as they heal and if the sports bra is what's making them look a bit low on my chest?
Hope I make sense!? Haha
Xx

Hi Hun I wouldnt worry at all as they recommend your support bra to keep your boobs upright and I'm sure it will take a while for your implants to settled where they've been placed xx

Make sure you have a good supported sports bra (high impact), babes. This will give them all the support they will need. How many consultations did you go to babe? Was he the only surgeon that said you didn't need an uplift? They'll be super duper! Don't worry! Xx

Re: Boobs look too low down...??
I had 2 consultations, I am expecting them to have more
Of a natural look not be right under my neck or anything haha but I didn't know if they look too low before they drop a bit and fluff. I suppose I'll have to try and put my pics up and see what people think! My surgeon said to wear a loose fitting sports bra he doesn't want it too tight to leave room for the swelling and for them to sit in the breast pocket nicely and not be too squashed in. It is supporting them though. Xxx

They couldn't have been that saggy honey other wise, surely, he would have gave you an uplift? Xx

Re: Boobs look too low down...??
You will develop more natural look in weeks to come.
Mine looked like that- flat upper chest and then suddenly a melon stuck on haha.
Already 2 weeks on they are starting to take more natural shape. The sports bras will also make them look different. Stay in good support bra and all will be well xxx

They were saggy but they do lots of measurements to determine if you need an uplift or if the implant will lift the tissue enough and he said I would achieve a good result without a lift but will probably need a lift in the future due to the implant weight and gravity! Xx

Re: Boobs look too low down...??
I'm sure they will look great once they are settled! I literally had no breasts whats so ever (so no chance i needed a lift) but mine sit quite low...i think it's where my natural breast pocket is. When i was early post op i had the same fears, i prayed they wouldn't drop any further! Since they've softened they look much better xx

Re: Boobs look too low down...??
Hey Lily. This is perfectly normal. Your body needs time to adapt. The first couple of weeks/months, they're going to be held very high and tight against your body. A lot of girls call it the frankenboob, as they look so weird! But in time as your body gets used to them, they're going to drop into their pockets, and create that nice gentle slope. Mine took at least 3-6m. So don't worry, and give it time.

Re: Boobs look too low down...??
Hi Hun, I was worried about this too but your boobs will change so much over the next few weeks and months, it is way too early for you to judge them.
Try not to over analyse them, you will drive yourself bonkers (easier said than done I know!)
Just remember the surgeon will have done what he thinks would suit YOU, so don't compare to anyone else's, give it time xxx

Re: Boobs look too low down...??
All the advice up above is spot on, honey!! :)
They will gradually change shape and adjust and they won't look like two torpedos just glued on your chest forever haha!
I really hope you're okay, babe.. and I hope your recovery is going really well!!
Take care, rest up and stop worrying! You're just at the beginning of a journey of boobie changes haha ;) xxxx
