Thanks so much, feels so nice to come on and read lovely comments :))
Managed to sleep okay actually last night, didn't take painkillers from 11pm til 8.30 this morning so woke up very stiff and sore, need to make sure I keep on top of them now! Just took some more pics, feeling quite bruised around my back and under my arms. One is a bit bigger than the other from swelling but as I've read that's pretty normal!
No bloating yet which is good but I don't know if that will come on later?! Will try and sort my picture trail today and start my surgery story. Thanks again for all the lovely comments xxx ps! Soo pleased to have boobies! yahoo

Thankyou!! Think I've over done It today.. It's so hard not being able to help with the kids or look after them :((
I tried to cuddle my 11 month old and my partner sat her on my lap and she leant back on my boobs and it really hurt :( feeling a bit crap that I can't help my fiancée with the kids- he's fine with it I just feel useless and keep saying sorry I can't help. Got him to wash my hair too which I shouldn't have done, I didn't wash it on thurs because it still looked ok but it was all greasy by today. Tucked up in bed now feeling sorry for myself haha. Xx

It's easy to overdo it the first few days. Your fiancee will manage to look after the kids well enough ;) He knew it from the beginning.
Rest up and keep on top of the painkillers xx
