half and half - half under the muscle and half under the breast tissue.
I work for a relaxed company so can extend my holiday to 10 day if i need to.
My PS Recommends 7-10 days. And the Practice mananger went back to work after 7 days.
I have a lift to and from work for a few days after i return so I dont have to drive :)

Hehe same as me and tigertonix and three different placements! I'm curious to see what our results are like in six months! I had 340mhp subfascial in Dec. U can't rush your recovery we all heal at different rates x:dance:

i had 2 weeks off and after that a day at work did tire me out but i could have sat at a desk after 10 days as well i think. it all depends on your recovery progress though..
