Saw my surgeon on Tuesday for my six week check and he was delighted with my healing , free to hit the weights again but more importantly wear whatever bras I want .....beyond ecstatic ☺️

You're in the same boat as me haha.. I've just received an email saying I can wear underwired bras now.. Very happy haha!
Remember to take it easy with the weights, babe, don't overdo it and gradually work your way back into them :):)
Did you have unders? I had unders and I'm reluctant to hit the weights for a while..

I had the dual plane (partly under pecs) but I've been doing my bodypump class for a few weeks just avoiding chest muscles . Pressups and tricep push-ups are going to be hard to get back into so yeah , I'll take my time xx

Great news hunny, just watch the weights and stop if they ache or pull. It may take another few months yet to get back fully what you were pushing and lifting x
