wide cleavage?Help please

Hi girls im booked for my BA on 6th april to have 300cc unders (this was the max I could go as I have a small frame). My surgeon told me that I have a 5cm gap inbetween my breasts at the moment so when I have implants they could look quite fake and stuck on. I'm really worried theyre going to look terrible - does anyone else have a 'wide gap' or any pics of what I could expect? I think I'm imagining the worst...

It is great that he is being honest with you about the result: The cleavage you have pre-op (even if it is small) will dictate the natural cleavage you get after BA.

Once they Drop and fluff you can expect to be able to "squish " them together with a bra....

As Krizooo has said the gap you have pre op isn't going to change post op but you will have boobs that once everything has settled should come together in the right bra to get cleavage.
I have a naturally wide gap but can get a decent cleavage in the right bra.
Have you shown your surgeon pics of what you would like to achieve? in choosing right size/shape of implant for your anatomy it shouldn't get a fake look if that's what you want to avoid.
You need to be a 100% happy with choices etc before you go ahead with op, perhaps even a few more consultations to explore your options.

hi girls thank you for your advice! looking at pictures is quite reassuring as I still think they look great! I don't think normal boobs have a 24/7 cleavage anyway so in a sense having to use a bra to create cleavage is just going to make them more natural! Thank you for the help! I just need reassurance I suppose! Hope 300cc is enough to get me to a full C if not more :)!xx

I don't know your stats lovely.... I have a pal who is sz 8...5'4"....was an AA cup (I think) had 265 unders and is now a DD.. Don't you worry, if 300 is the most your frame will accommodate than you will be a good size...any bigger and then you would find the Base measuring too wide for you...and lots of that sticky out side boob as a result.

There are things that can be done for a wide gap. The placement can be made closer together, wider implants can be used. Have you had more consultations with other surgeons, maybe BAAPs registered surgeons? It's just if you are worried about the gap it may be worth speaking to others. It may be that nothing could be done but it's always good to discuss this with a surgeon.

Yeah i'd defo recommend seeing a BAAPS surgeon India, MY surgeon is BAAPS .

I think that would b a good idea. The surgeon may be right, but some surgeons companies just put implants in and don't look any further than that. Im in no way suggesting that the surgeon/clinic you have spoken to would do this. Just that some do. It's always good to shop around and see what different surgeons suggest. Places like mybreast are also very good.

You sound very much like me! I am quite thin but have a very wide ribcage. My surgeon said he was quite surprised because my ribcage isn't really in proportion with the rest of my body haha.
My surgeon said I could have a maximum of 340cc implants so I went for those. I'm 6 weeks post-op and I have no cleavage whatsoever. I wouldn't say my boobs look stuck on but they don't fall into a natural cleavage like other girls' boobs do. I'm going for a consultation tomorrow with my surgeon so I will ask him if I can ever expect to have a full cleavage.. I will let you know what he says.

Hi I am 5"4 a small size 8 and currently a 32b/ a- very small one. I'm having tears drop as will hopefully conplement my wide cleavage and am having 320cc. I don't know many people with a natural pushed together breast tbh without a bra so for me I don't see it as an issue. 

I am going in on 4th April so I'll hopefully have a pic up before you go in to see! Xxx

hi I too have a naturally wide cleavage and there are a few girls on here do too

the good things about it is that we can get a few diff looks, clevage/no cleavage

You will get a good side with the 300cc if you went for a MP implant this can sometimes reduce the gap of the cleavage this is maybe something that you can discuss with the surgeon if not already xx

I am confused,  I have a naturally wide cleavage so if I had naturally big boobs too would they look fake?  If anything mine look more natural caus they aren't perfect. If u want to see my photos then u can pm me.  X

I know the feeling of having a small frame. max I can go is 330. but as previously said by these lovely girls you can use a bra to squish em together once they are properly healed. :) xx

Yeh I've begun to realise that it's probably more natural to have a wide cleavage, no normal boobs have constant cleavage! Thanks girls :) zx
