POST OP Spire Girls or PRE BA experience?
HI Girls..
IM going with Spire Washington which is like 10 minutes away from me.
With Mr Matt Erdmann.
Ive set this topic up because i want all the girls whos used spire to give me there experience with them, which surgeon, aftercare.. jst any information.. Be a BONUS if yous were at the same clinic and same surgeon.. but any spire info from any location will be good:)
Pulling my hair out because there is only one lady on here who has had the same surgeon who im going with and shes hardleys online.

Re: POST OP Spire Girls or PRE BA experience?
Ambz: I found hardly anyone had my PS on here but I feel its a good thing in a way....my reasons are that most people will only ever feel the need to go online and speak out of a negative experience, people don't take the time often enough to say how Fab something or someone is.
So do not worry!
My PS works for Spire. He is fab, I believe Spire only have BAAPS and BAPRAS surgeons too! (I may be wrong)
So don't get hung up on the no-info thing. I eventually found a couple ladies who had my PS, they were both very happy.

Echoing Krizzooo really, I think there's 2, maybe 3 other girls that have shared my surgeon. Its true, you hear more of the negatives than positives.
Have you had a read through all the girls diaries and surgery stories? It will give you a good idea of what to expect on the day. But don't worry too much about other people's experience with him. Focus on your experience and how happy you are with him.

Re: POST OP Spire Girls or PRE BA experience?
The only review I found of mine was from someone who she had upset as my ps apparently has poor people skills but I wasn't looking for a best friend I was looking for a bees surgeon. I can't find anyone on here who has gone with her so don't worry.

Re: POST OP Spire Girls or PRE BA experience?
Hi, I am going with Dr Kay at Spire Leeds. I found him really knowledgeable and the clinic professional.
My only concern was that he told me I should have overs. I am 5'4, size 10 and 9.5 stone. I'd had my heart set on unders but he was adamant overs would give me a better result - anyone have any thoughts?
Good luck - be great to keep in touch
Emily

I would of loved overs but was told that unders were best.... Your Ps should advise what is BEST for you, based on your anatomy

Re: POST OP Spire Girls or PRE BA experience?
Thanks Hun that was a great help - good article. My main worry with overs was mammograms and capsular contractions but he advised in his experience this isn't the case.
Really appreciate this forum and all the support :)

Re: POST OP Spire Girls or PRE BA experience?
Hey Ambz: I did really hope for overs .....to start with, I am not sure why really. But my personal opinion is now they would of had gravity take hold a bit sooner than unders and I was concerned about rippling too...
I think my PS made the right decision for me... xx
