can I.still be over doing it
So yesterday I carried 2 light bags of shopping home, about a 2 mile walk, and it was ouch, went to work and mopped one floor slowly and last night I woke with such a sore right boob, felt bruised, heavy and kinda hard
Surgeon has given me the go ahead to do light.jobs

I hope it's just your bodies natural reaction to doing slightly more than you are used to. Muscles ache when you do something new and it's normal and expected.
For muscle soreness- application of cold (I love a bag of peas for that) through the T towel for 10minutes works really well.
I hope you feel better soon xx

Kdee is so right!
Obviously because your muscles haven't been used in a while they've, in a way, gone to sleep and possibly shrunk in size.
Now that you're using them again they've woken up and started adjusting to the new activities you're doing!
When i broke my foot my left leg muscle decreased in size significantly.. 8 weeks later when i began walking again it kind of hurt and felt very stretched!
It's completely normal babe.. But don't overdo it.. Just listen to your body and take it easy. It sounds like you're taking it easy any way :)
Take care, i hope you're well xxxx

Listen to your body Tink , you may not feel like you are over doing things at the time, but if sore after it's your bodies way of letting you know.
It will take time for your muscles to regain strength but you will get there a little bit more as each day passes. XXX

Re: can I.still be over doing it
Good advise from Mirren there Tink.
Just because you surgeon says its OK to do light duties, this doesn't mean your body feels ready for it. So you really must listen to your body and it told you in the only way it knows how and that's to cause the aching you experienced.
Our bodies are amazing aren't they and these warnings they send out to us speak far louder than what your surgeon told you hun. Xx
