Re: feeling a bit better
Think I was thinking about you last night, was wondering, are you allowed to get your boobs wet... You know how pregnant women go swimming cos it makes you feel weightless and takes some pressure of, maybe it would ell you to go swimming a couple times a week, might give you some relief by making your boobies feel weightless and might take the pressure of for an hour or so. Also if you can find a heated pool (my local gym has a heated outdoor pool), might warm up your chest muscles abit and help give you some relief. I beg you could find a swimming costume with a high neck to cover your bra and strap xxx

Re: feeling a bit better
Thanks girlies
Yip can go swimming but i find that bobbing about in the water actually puts pressure on them like the force of moving in the water pushes them up down side to side looool, i went a few weeks back when i was allowed time out band but now as u say id need to find a swimsuit that covers the blooming band looool xx
