Hi, Welcome to the site!
If thats what you've discussed with your surgeon, and thats what he thinks is best for you, then it cant be 'too big'. Everyone differs, and everyone is going to have different CC to achieve the results best suited for them. Do you think theyre too big? Have you tried them on? Did they suit you? Only you can answer the question, its your body and you have to be comfortable and live with it.

It depends what size you are now and what your stats are etc?

Re: is 495cc too big?
I've had 800cc which are very large implants, 495cc is a large implant however again as the girls say it depends on your body and how it looks on you when you tried them on and how big you want to be.

Re: is 495cc too big?
It really depends on your physique and the look you want.
I was very flat chested (34A at most), but with with a large breast pocket and some excess skin from breastfeeding. I am 5ft8, dress size 10/12.
I was scared about 450cc implants as i wanted a very natural look. However i trusted my surgeon to get the look i wanted. I printed off pictures to show the size and look i liked, plus the size and look i didn't like. He recommended 450cc moderate profile implants for me.
My avi is a little mis-leading (as they are sitting high and swollen), but since they've dropped they look so natural..not big at all. I could have gone bigger...my booby greed has kicked in a few times LOL!
Extra high profile will have more projection, but if you like the look in the sizing appointment and your surgeon knows what you want to achieve then i'm sure they'll be perfect for you xxx

I've got XHP and they do stick out a bit! Go what what you feel is right. Have you tried some implants in a sports bra? Or done the rice test? X

Re: is 495cc too big?
Hi
I had 420cc with Mr Russo back in October. I was worried about the size but trusted him completely and I think I was right to do so. I was initially worried but now that I've got them I think they suit me, my shape and don't look too big. Most people haven't even noticed I've got them (well either that or they're too polite to ask!!)
If you're not comfortable make another appointment. I spoke to Mr Russo again on the morning of my surgery, he took a few sizes with him into theatre and this is what he felt was best! Good luck with it.x

Re: is 495cc too big?
Hiya,
I had 525cc trx unders with Mr Russo on 30th October. I was worried 525cc would be too big as I am only 5ft 1 and size 8 but they are perfect for me, I would even go as far as saying they seem quite small and normal now lol.
He is a fab surgeon and a lovely person. Not sure if he could tell I was anxious on the day of my op but he bumped me up the list
The staff at the hospital are fab too, especially those in theatre.
I have a picture trail if you want to have a look.
Good luck xx
