Check Up Empty Check Up

Went to see the nurse today , a week post BA and she's absolutely delighted with my healing . Tape removed from scars , don't know what was itchier , tape or stitches . Still a bit of swelling but she thought I looked really well . Back to work tomorrow xx

I didn't tell her I already had a sneaky day in work on Friday , didn't want my knuckles rapped lol . Just working Tuesday , off Wednesday so I can have a facial and mani/pedi then back to normal thereafter xx

I should have a fairly easy week in work , post Xmas calm so I'm looking forward to getting some kind of routine back . Had a wee 20 mins on the xtrainer this afternoon and feel so much better , kept my arms still and didn't let my heart rate go high . Just felt my circulation was sluggish and needed a boost . Thanks everyone xx
