Today's the day i wear a bra.. Empty Today's the day i wear a bra..

So, today is the day I get to wear a bra!
I've pretty much been braless for 2 weeks after my op and today I'm allowed, by my lovely surgeon, to wear a bra! In fact, he wants me to wear it religiously 24/7 for 8 weeks now! I don't know if i can cope wearing it all that time after being free and loose for 2 weeks haha!
I also have to wear tape on my incisions for 8 weeks to improve the appearance of my scars? The only downside is that i have to replace the tape after every shower! That's going to be awkward for the next 2 months haha :(

I can't wait to release mine ....I suppose after you've had a week of replacing the tape , you'll be doing it without thinking xx

Ooh, exciting! You'll soon get used to the sports bras, and you can have them free in the shower for a bit to give them a rest. Do you have someone to change your tape for you / help you out? I had to change mine daily at week 2, and theres no way I would have been able to try and reach and see at that angle, so had hubby doing it. But you might be ok at wk3.

The next 8wks will fly by, I promise! And yes, get your baps out for the gals! ;)

Hahaha, aw thank you charlii! Yeah, my sister's changing them, thank god haha!
As soon as i get a support bra that doesn't look like it belongs to an 80 year old, i'll take an avi picture!
At the moment i'm wearing a very supportive, but not exactly appealing, m&s bra :)
