No bra time..
Is it ok to have an hour out of my bra?
Boobs are so tender and sensetive and I feel like a need a little free time!

Re: No bra time..
I would say not too, that be like me taking an hour out my band which OMG I would love too but the I know that I have to have it on for 24/7 if possible but I can have an hour off if I want
I hate the no bra and cant wait to get into one again, is the bra the correct size for you as sometimes the wrong sized bra can cause you to be uncomfortable xx

Re: No bra time..
If you've been told 24/7 in a bra Hun, that's what you should be following. It's just if anything were to happen your aftercare may not be valid. Is it worth risking anything you've just paid so much money for?
I know it can be uncomfortable, hot, itchy etc but an hour out is a long time for them not being supported.
Ice packs for them being tender and swollen Hun.

The bras ok, it's a Macom. Just the tops are tender. I've tried tissues between bra and skin, but not working!
Tbh I have had the bra off 15 mins, will put it back on now though.

But said ok to have an hour or 2 off when I feel I need to. Think I will keep to a minimum though and only when my boobs are raging!! X
