You were brave to have to do that, I would feel odd not seeing Jack (hub) afterwards etc. ... probably be a tearful wreck. x

My admission time is 10:30am and I was told I should hopefully go to theater 2-3 hours after being admitted.

I have to travel to London and have friends driving me so I think we'll have to leave home at about 8-8:30am. Hoping to have a good journey there as having my op on a Sunday x

I'm already that thinking about what the journey home is going to be like. Not too painful I hope x

I know I'm going to be panicking on the day.

Are you a day-patient then.? I am in overnight, I know what you mean, I was thinking of the seat belt over new boobies in the car on the way home! x

No I'm overnight. The peace and quiet will be nice. I think I'll take a nice soft feather pillow for the car journey x

I put the seat belt over a cushion between.my boobs and belt. 5 hour car journey.... Yuck lol however i had oramorph tramadol and cocodamol before i left. Wow no pain was felt ha xxxx

How did you do it all! Hats off ...! The longest my journey home is half hour thankfully x

That's what I thought about doing with the pillow Tink.

I'm hopeful my journey home will only take a couple of hours.

Sounds like pain relief for the journey home is a good idea x
