Best Thing you ever done? Or regrets?
As the title says I wonder how many of you are over the moon with your BAs and how many genuinely regret your decision.
Been reading a real mixed bag on here this evening and it has really got me thinking.......
I am not a possitive optimistic person really, so fighting to be possitive that everything will go as planned but ever so aware that things aren't always perfect.
Want to share a hug with those feeling a little down recent;y about your BAs
xx

Awww Krizzooo what a sweet, sweet post!
Its good to be positive babe. Complications are rare, so can all but hope they don't happen to us, stay positive as you are, but also informed (as you are lol) and I'm sure those going tough times or having been through tough times will really appreciate this post.
I know I do. It was so thoughtful, especially from one who is still pre-BA :hugme:I've had my problems... Well ok, quite a few problems lol. But I don't regret my BA at all. Xxx

Re: Best Thing you ever done? Or regrets?
oh dear you got me on a bad night
right now I wish id kept the non existant boobs that I had cause yeah ok I was happy with them but they hadnt cost me money, pain or too many tears
I feel awful that im so honest but right now thats how im feeling and after this reop im really struggling to come to terms with how others are healing and getting on so well, not that I would ever ever wish anything diff and so please that no one needs to go through anything that I have
I know that there are others on here who have a much much harder time than me but right now yeah im struggling, but dont think that the lack of sleep and constant ache is helping me
so now im just getting up dressed and not even paying much attention to my boobs
they are much better than they were before my reop but just not 100% yet and I know that im only 4 weeks post op but its been over a year since my original BA so its been a long trek
But there are stacks of girls on here who have no pain no complications etc etc so im just one of the unlucky ones I think
But what a lovely person you are to be thinking of us all xx

Ah Cookie.... makes me feel sad to read some girls are not all that happy right now...but like you say remaining possitive does help, even when there probably seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel....and it seems healing can be such a lengthy process with so many changes!
Tink I really do feel for you....and others....must be so tough at times to feel this way, can only hope that you are still very early on in recovery and your boobs will be wonderful soon enough......
It is great that we can share the highs and lows here together and for anyone going through a "low" don't for a minute feel guilty for posting negative things, It is posting HOW you feel that surely helps you through the tricky times...and others too going through similar things!?
Sorry I am all a bit waffley now.....tired!

Re: Best Thing you ever done? Or regrets?
aww what a sweet post.
i must say in all honestly i am totally inbetween right now but i am only 10 days post op so when they fully settle and its maybe summer and i am going on holiday wearing a bikini or being a bridesmaid and getting my dress fitting in a strapless dress i will feel better.
for me, i loved my boobs before they were any empty b cup and lost all fullness in upper pole and i just wanted rounded pert boobs and ditch the padded bras - i cant say i have that yet as i will be in this sports bra for 6 weeks.
i must say though cookie and tinks you guys have had a really tough time and its great to see you pulled through cookie and this site is just really good.
sometimes i feel we can get too caught up in teh negatives, but as humans, this is very common and i am a very glass half full person but its a huge commitment.
i have taken nothing but comfort from this site!
sleep well chick
tinks - a big cyber hug sent to you and keep your chin up chick you will get there

Re: Best Thing you ever done? Or regrets?
Krizio, what a beautiful, thoughtful post! It's made me realise how lucky I am in general. I don't know how my boobs will turn out, and if i'll have any complications or not, but i just want to say that I admire all those, including Tink and Cookie, who haven't had a great time but still find the time to always help others on here!!
Tink, you're a beautiful person.. Please don't be down. I'm so confident that good things come to those who wait.. Therefore, i'm certain that your boobs will settle and turn out beautiful!!
Once again, this was a great post! I hope you're all okay xxxxx

Re: Best Thing you ever done? Or regrets?
BEST THING IVE EVER DONE. Even with my complication I would do it all over again in a heart beat.
Nothing has compared to my pre ba boobs and the feeling of confidence and happiness my ba boobs have given me.
After my 2nd ba and the bottoming out that happened I actually took my reop as my opportunity to go even that little bit bigger as the 620cc hadn't given me the size I wanted. So that was my silver lining and don't regret one thing for a minute.
I think every ba journey has it's ups and downs however overall and in the end no matter how long that journey takes overall I think we're all happy with our boobs.
(Ps. 380cc great size that's what I had with my 1st ba!)

In the 4 years I've been here, I've seen ll the ups and downs but 'after fully healing' I don't know of one single woman in almost 8000 women who has regretted their decision to have a BA. Xx

Nope. Positive thinking all the way Tink... Just look at that bloody fab avi you have now with that lovely slope coming along nicely that you didn't have 4 weeks ago! Fast forward another 2 months and I think you'll be a different woman - well a woman with different boobs I should say! Lol. Xxtinkerbell24 wrote:Cookie i maybe that one person looool xx
Re: Best Thing you ever done? Or regrets?
For the majority its a fairly easy road to Boobsville Krizzooo, but for the unfortunate few that do suffer complications.... We may have to take the scenic route, but we all reach our final destination in the end Xxxxkrizzooo1 wrote:This is reassuring to hear ...thank you Cookie and yes I can imagine lots of ups and downs along the way to destination Boob-happiness

Re: Best Thing you ever done? Or regrets?
So many beautiful girls on here with beautiful minds, I'm still very much addicted to this site even now I'm post op and covered all my pre ba research. What now keeps me here is there's not a day goes by were someone has made me smile and the genuine love and concern everyone shares.
Tinks I just really hope all the love and positive energy all the girls send you makes it's way to your heart hun and you fall madly in love with those beautiful pups, honestly your Avi is just stunning.x
