Had it done! At home now!
Hi beautiful girls!!
Firstly i'd just like to say thank you all of you for your good luck messages and congratulation messages!
So, Ive had it done! I'm in a lot of pain at the moment.. can't even move my arms without feeling so much pain! I've just taken my first painkiller and i've had some late night tea. I really enjoyed my meal at the hospital and i can honestly say Transform are amazing! The staff are LOVELY!!!
My boobs are great! I ended up getting the 340cc TSX! So happy!! They look so alien to me. I finally have boobies!!! Xxxxxxxx

Re: Had it done! At home now!
Congrats sweetpea
Make sure you time your painkillers so you're taking them at regular intervals and therefore keeping the level of painkiller in your body nicely topped up hun.
If you have ice packs, use those Toni. Just placing them across the tops of your boobs is going to help so much. If you don't have ice packs the a bag of rice/peas/corn or anything in the freezer will do (never near your incisions though) and if you can bare the ice against your skin, a t-towel or a face cloth between ice and skin will help.
You're probably just going to want to rest tonight. But if you can get up and have a two minute walk around when you get up to go the loo or whatever then it will help a lot babe and helps lower the risks of DVT along with helping with he swelling. Tomorrow, do try and have a little walk every couple of hours or so babe... Your body will let you know when it needs rest and although you may not feel like getting up, do try Toni. It will help.
Happy healing hun! Xx

Thank you so much, ladies!!!!
Thank you for all that advice, Cookie! I've never really had to take notice of the post-op advice on here but now i do haha! I will definitely take your advice about the short walks and ice packs! Is it normal to feel so tight and in pain? I had unders.. Will this contribute to the pain? Thank you!!xxxxx

Re: Had it done! At home now!
Hey Tiger.. I had unders too on Tuesday. I was in a lot of pain Tuesday evening however I didn't have GA. Today I have no pain at all. Doing normal things. I know everyone is different honey and I've been really lucky up until now but your body will tell you when you're doing too much.. Try to rest and remember that each day is a day closer to feeling better and back to normal... Xx it is very normal to feel tight... It will ease but in the morning will be sore and feel very tight (morning boob)... Try to do little things, walking and moving your Arms as they will be very sore.. On Wednesday morning I couldn't lift my arms at all and this morning I washed my hair as normal.. It's amazing what a couple of days can do... Xx take care x

Re: Had it done! At home now!
congrats on the new additions hun!
don't worry it is normal to feel tight and in discomfort for the first few days, but just take every day as it comes and give your body plenty of opportunity to rest, and you'll soon feel better! x

Congratulations sweetie, so pleased for you!
Just focus on resting, each day it will get easier. I felt pretty useless for the first 3 days, sore and exhausted - just keep hydrated and take your meds! I've woken up this morning feeling a million times better..get lots and lots of sleep to help yourself heal xxx
