yeah, Leftie has stopped aching
Hey,
Woke up this morning and leftie wasn't aching for a change now it's just sore over the top but the right is the same.
Hopefully, there shouldn't be too much more aching unless i've overdone it at the gym!!!!!!

Aw thats good to hear. Rest for say a week see how it feels then.if u.ache again after the gym thats prob the cause. If that makes sense xx

I think it was because I hadn't been doing much and over did it.
Might go combat on thursday evening but not too sure yet.

I think it was having my boobs free for two nights that has helped save them being held down tight in my sports bra.
