Fat transfer
An AAAASF accredited plastic surgery group in Manhattan, NYC, is offering fat transfer breast augmentation for women who looking for a natural enhancement solution. The procedure, which involves using the patient's own fat tissues, can provide natural, permanent enlargement and also improve the contour of the breasts.
Breast enhancement using fat grafts is recommended for women with surplus fat deposits in areas such as hips, back and thighs. The skilled and experienced surgeons use safe, state-of-the-art technologies and techniques to ensure optimal results with minimal complications. The fat required for augmentation is removed using advanced laser liposuction modalities, purified and injected into appropriate places in the breasts to enhance shape and size.

The more I read about these new techniques for fat transfer, one word is standing out for me and that's 'Permanent results'. I think this is possibly the way to go for sure now for me when I have my next BA. As long as I can get the 'look' I want from having a fat transfer along with my own breast tissue, I'd be thrilled to go down this route.
It is sounding very positive though the more I read and as I don't plan on having another op for a few years yet I should imagine first her advancements would be made also

Re: Fat transfer
I have spoken to my PS about facial fat grafting to make my face look younger and also seriously considering having the procedure done in few months time when my nose settles.
Withey recommends it over fillers xx

Re: Fat transfer
Really?!
Ooo please post how it goes in the 'facial surgery, fillers and injectables section of the forum when you get it done so I can follow your results Blondie. I really would be very interested to read how it goes and how you find the results. I'm trying to get as much information as I can get about this new technique. Years ago the fat used to break down, but now results are seemingly permanent which is fantastic!
I actually don't like fillers, so should imagine the fat transfer would really help to give a nicer natural result. Xx

Re: Fat transfer
Of course darling. I won't have it done until Autumn cos I want my nose to settle but definitely want it done towards the end of the year 2014. He said that he would graft it into my cheeks as they sag when we get older. I'd also like it injecting in my lips too, very slightly to have a natural result.
Ill send you pre and post pics hunni when I have it done xx

Re: Fat transfer
Great! I'd love to see.... I wouldn't mind a little in my top lip actually. I don't want it so its noticeable, but just to help give a slight lift to it. Xx
Re: Fat transfer
I'm exactly the same, just as bit of fullness in my top lip xx
