Ice Ice baby. I know a hot water bottle can be good to releive pains for like, periods, bad backs etc, but you've got the swelling to contend with here also, so a couple ice packs wrapped in a tea towel across your chest will feel like heaven, promise!

Ice packs are bliss, at first I thought I would freeze the implants, lol.
