Post by Berty_wert28 11th December 2013, 8:35 am

Im 4 month post op and normally sleep with a sports bra on.  But on Saturday night I didn't.  I turn sharply from my back to left side and felt a awful pain in my right boob.  It is still slightly sore.  I can't feel any lumps and doesn't seem to be swollen.  Any advice?

Thanks x

You've probably just strained yourself Berty  Hug

Get yourself back into your sports bra 24/7 for the next few days lovely and the stability should give your boobs the time they need to heal. I'm sure everything's fine and it's just a pulled muscle but if it's no better after 3 or 4  days and you're still concerned then maybe make an appointment to see your surgeon Berty.

Hope you feel better soon hun xx

Sounds like a pulled muscle. Like Cookie says, strap yourself back up, take some paracetamol if its really bad, and you should heal up just fine.

Thanks everyone. I rang the hospital they said the same.  It's not pain anymore just a weird feeling when I push the boob up,  if you know what I mean.  Im sure it's just the way it's healing.  X
