Pain in left boob, is something wrong? Empty Pain in left boob, is something wrong?

Hi,

I've been having some really bad aching the last couple of days, i'm assuming because I've started using the muscles again. (am 18 days post op) The aching hurts but is manageable but yesterday I kinda stretched a little as was putting on a cardi and just felt the left one kinda 'go', fell to my knees with the pain! it hasn't been the same since, have I damaged it? Feel like the implant is moving but perhaps that's my muscle? So freaked out that I've done something  nope

Been wearing the bind 24 hours a day and can feel they've dropped, would this hurt? am just soooo sore!

Sounds like you've just over stretched babe. You won't have damaged your boobs at all, but maybe out yourself back a couple of days. You're well supported in your sportsbra and wearing your band as you should and that's all you can do to keep it on the road to recovery. Give it a few days hun and I'm sure it'll feel much better. At about 3/4 weeks, I rolled onto my side in bed and HOLY crap, it was the worst pain ever. I felt something 'go' and it was so painful and i was in tears that Id ruined everything and would need a re-op and it was the end of the world. Immediately the next day i was on the phone to my nurse. She reassured me that I'd just over stretched, take it easy and take some painkillers, it'll all be fine. So Im passing on her invaluable advise to you. You will be ok, its just a bit of a pull. Take some paracetamol and rest up a bit, you'll be back on top in a week xx

Thanks girls  Hug

That's what my partner said but I couldn't help but worry. am hoping it will ease, keep referring to when you do weights at the gym and the next day you muscles hurt bad! but up your protein and rest and it gets better, just didn't know if it was any different for boobies. Aw Charli you've really reassured me, coz I was thinking of phoning the nurse ina couple of days if he hadn't eased. have been taking paracetemol and ibuprofen regulary and trying to rest as much as I can. Cheers Jennifer, fingers crossed. good to know its normal xx
