13 days post op
Hi girls
I thought I would post a update. I'm 2 weeks post op tomorrow with my ba & uplift and I can not believe where the time has gone! I had my check up on Monday and all is good still have a lot of swelling especially where the drains were removed but that's manageable.
My Right seems bigger but that's due to the swelling. Ive been told I can shower now but im quite scared.

Aww glad to hear all is well! I was allowed to shower at 8 days post op too but I didn't feel ready so I continued to wash my hair and bath separately... There's no rush and I didn't shower all at the same time until day 18! Xx

Re: 13 days post op
Excellent news Jobo!
I was terrified the first time i showered, i was convinced they'd fall out! Had a little temper tantrum in the bathroom! If you're really worried, just leave your bra on and dry it out after. But if youve got the all clear, it'll all be fine

Don't be worried about showering hun - you'll be fine
When you do shower, don't actually 'wash' your boobs. Just allowing the water to wash over them is more than enough to keep the wounds clean babe.
After showering, don't rub your wounds with your towel. Just gently dab them and then use your hairdryer on a cool setting and gently blow dry the wounds to ensure they're fully dry sweetness.
Glad all went well with your check up. Xxx

Enjoy your first shower! I know what you mean though, I can imagine it'll be quite scary at first. Xx
