Think I've over done it at the gym
Hey,
I am 7 weeks post op and have been going the gym once/ twice a week but taking it steady , however tonight did a Les mills Grit Class ( which is 30min high intensityinterval training which my trainer takes)and now my leftie near my cleavage is hurting, I have put my macom on to try and ease it.
I won't be going the gym til sunday now as working all week so hopefully will settle again.

Ohhh forgot to add I was wearing shock absober high impact sports bra, but felt as if leftie was bouncing a bit even though it was the size I was fitted into at bravissimo last week.

Ouch. Maybe keep away from the high impact classes for a few more weeks yet! Xx

Gotta agree with Jen Rach... Maybe give your boobs another week and then try again hun. Sounds like your boobs are sending a warning sweetheart and it's always best to listen. Xx

Yeah, I will - shouldn't have really gone last night as I'm trying to ease back into my gym routine -think I just need to wait a bit before trying any more high intensity classes.

Yeah, I will..... it wasn't combat that did it, but was going to try that on sunday may give it a miss this week again ( that'll be nearly 8 weeks without doing combat/cx worx) :( but my boobs are more important at the moment...
