which bra?
Hi girlies!! I have my operation on the 20th December and with Mr. Mahdi at Transform! The nurse told me that Mr. Mahdi generally doesn't let his patients wear a bra until two weeks post-op. However, she said i should buy one just incase. I'm a 34 aa and having 310cc unders.. Does anyone know what size i should get? The nurse said either a C or D due to swelling. Also, which bras are the best to buy and where from? Thank you so much in advance for all your help xxx

Re: which bra?
Congratulations on booking babe
I really wouldn't take any surgery advise from the clinic nurse babe. It would best to arrange a second consultation with your surgeon to go through your surgery plan and to ask what 'his' guestimated resulting size is lovely. 2nd consultations are great, because generally for your first you're pretty excited and don't really take everything in. But for your second, you're a lot more clued up by then and can question or simply go over everything about your surgery plan and tick off all the boxes so you feel totally reassured before your surgery date.
The bras most commonly used here are:
The Macom. If you like this bra, which doesn't require a 'cup size' then typing MYBREAST into the promo code will get you 15% off.
M&S Front Zip Fastener
M&S pack of two high impact sports bras
Triumph Triaction Extreme
Shock Absorber (high impact)
With the back fasteners, if you also buy bra extenders this covers you also for any additional swelling you may have around the rib area hun. Xx

Re: which bra?
I ordered the m&s zip bra as I'm a bit sick of the same bras but the straps seemed really stiff and tight and the. Band was way too tight - i ordered a 32dd so I've just ordered a 34 D and I'm hoping if it fits properly it will be comfy!
