Re: def over done it
I think its often worse for those who feel good Tink because when you feel OK its masking all that's healing 'on the inside' and like you've found, you feel fine doing things when you're doing them, but then later.... Boy do you feel hun!
You rest up now Tink and call friends and family explaining that you're doing too much and that you need HELP!
I know its hard to ask when you're used to doing everything yourself, but for the sake of your boobs, which you've waited for TWICE now - ask for that help Tink. You NEED it. Xx

Rest Tink xx
I just wondered.. because I have ad two ops I have stayed at home for the past 2 weeks resting.. But then I was wondering whether walking and moving more wouldn't speed up dropping? It's just my nose.. Still very swollen and have black circles under my eyes from rhino.. Will it be ok when start properly moving in a weeks time when I'm back at work?
What do u think gils? Xx

Re: def over done it
The more you're up and moving about Blondie, the better for you. It helps with the swelling and to get you back feeling like your old self hun. There's really absolutely no need to be sitting around doing nothing. You can do whatever you feel able to do without over doing it, aside from heavy lifting or anything that's going to out pressure on your upper body hun, so do what you feel you can sweetie. Sitting doing nothing will have the swelling settling and aching, but moving around will help with it dispersing. Xx

Re: def over done it
Understandable Peter needs his sleep for work Tink, but Peter hasn't just undergone has he babe, so as much as you love your husband babes, he's going to have to take over the night time trips to look after your little one until your feeling stronger babe - the worst he's going to feel for doing that is is tired - the worst that can happen if you over do things is is you back on an operating table and sure neither yourself or Peter would want that sweetheart, so do let Peter take over for a few days hun. Xx
Re: def over done it
aw he has been great def but he drives to work and does alot of driving id be gutted if he had an accident, he has been getting up with her if she hasnt settled again like early early so I can stay in bed and sleep, so im getting some sleep, never had any of the kids all day everyday last week so that was good he started work late and finished earlier, and his mum my sister and friend helped with Ellie and my mum with mia so all good
theres no lifting her involved just tucking her back in 1000 times lol but he has been great this week and done school runs/nursery runs, etc etc xx
