Re: 38f!!
Where were you fitted hun?
A 38 seems to be a pretty large back size? If I recall rightly you only a 36 'pre-BA' weren't you hun?

Re: 38f!!
As cookie mentioned it above, you can just double check you are a 38 by measuring under your boobs.. Just to ensure your getting the right support! I'm a 32 but have been measured a 36! Xx

Re: 38f!!
same here and when i lost weight went from 38 to 34 but some fitters still trying to put me in 38 because of cup size
i think some of it on make and sister sizes ..i found lost bout 20 pounds and lost round my ribs so went from 38g to 34hh
xxxx( measured rib biggest 35 doen to 32 but that just bit too tight ) x

Re: 38f!!
All of your support comes from the band Senora, so if you're only fitting a 34 and being put into a 38 you simply aren't getting the support needed for your boobs.
No support comes from cups or straps, its ALL in the band, so this has to 'fit' snugly so you can only get two fingers underneath the band and you should always start off on the last hooks, so there's room to take the bra in as it stretched to age and washing. If you need a larger cup size, that doesn't affect the band at all hun, just the cup.
You need only ever go up in band size if you're wider under the bust.
Measuring is 'old school' and a thing of the past now with it being proven that measuring women has had them in the wrong sized bras for years. Xx

Re: 38f!!
I was 36 before op but i wasnt so full at the sides so thats why i think im a 38, the fit is perfect feel very supported, i tried a 36f but couldnt get it done up!

Re: 38f!!
Was thinking the same Tink, or a 36FF.
A BA will never increase your band size (aside from when you have swelling) and the fullness you now have at the sides (side boob) is breast volume, so this should increase your cup size hun and not your band size.
Can only echo what Tink said babe... Where were you fitted? Xx

Re: 38f!!
for me either fat or swelling on first fitting and 38 definitely dont have support cookie yet fitters keep saying i am so i tried myself and 36 h so much better:Ok: and i measure 35 underbust but it took abit of trial and error as weight fluctuated abit and get sore at front ribs red mark ..no matter what band i wear :shrug:xx i think it depends on store and what sizes they stock two spring too mind which are definatley no good for me lol x
