Been thinking....
About these surgeons.
So I've seen Paul Clarke & George Netri (non baaps) when I showed them the look I like. Full bust with a nice gap. Not too big. They both said. Can't promise as depends on your chest already. Seemed to think my gap was a bit gappy! Lol
Also seen Adrian Richards & Allen Rezai (both BAAPS & BAPRAS).
Showed them pics of how id like. Full bust with not much of a gap. In fact I didn't show Rezai, but I did explain what I liked.
Both these said - yes we can achieve this look!
They said I had a nice cleavage (er where???) already!
Confused face! :oS
Do who do I trust?! As surely promises can't be made? Did the latter say YES because they are certain then can? Because their BAAPS? Or what?

Re: Been thinking....
A BA isnt an excat science so a surgeon cant guarentee you will look like a picture you show them as we are all unique and it may just not be possible for a number of reasons ...
Your cleavage will be the same post op as it is pre op. If you have a wide clevage, you will still have this after bra-les this is because of factors such as your ribcage.
So a surgeon can not promise you will get a result, but they can do the closest for YOU...
I personally dont think that because they are baaps that is the reason they are saying you can achieve that result because even the best surgeons in the world cannot guarentee this. I think its based on what the individual surgeon believes is right for you.
xx

Re: Been thinking....
If it was me, if I'd be going with either one of the two BAAPS & BAPRAS surgeons that you've mentioned - but that's just me. I think because you're still unsure of who to go with maybe see another surgeon? I just had that feeling!! X

Re: Been thinking....
I have a gappy cleavage also Hun , in terms of size pics are great to give the surgeon an idea of the Ccs used to achieve this , however implants will only give you a bigger version of what you have now.
So in terms of size they can give you that look however it'll be your boobs and your anatomy that'll give you your result if that makes sense.
If you still arnt overly impressed with any of the surgeons you've seen hunny go for more consultations.
X

Re: Been thinking....
There's VERY few women who have a natural 'bum cleavage' babe, most of us do have a natural gap between our breasts and the gap you have pre-op... Is always going to be the same post-op.
What is different however is the ability to create cleavage. I have a wide cleavage naturally, but to look at my avatar you would never know that because that's the look I wanted to achieve from 'that bra' in others bras I look very natural and have a naturally wide cleavage which in all honesty Jen, I prefer... I get the best of both worlds.
So if the pics you shown were in bras, then that's always going to possible for any one of us after having a BA. With the right bra 'after fully softening' we will all be able to create a cracking cleavage if that's what you want.
Which surgeon should you use... Well that's your choice Jen and you have to weigh up the pros and cons between surgeons and also the aftercare provided too (don't forget to ask BAAPS surgeons about the ASC insurance which offers a further 2 years aftercare for a small fee which starts 'after the clinics aftercare runs out'
When you've seen the surgeons you've planned to see, think about how each one made you feel. Did they give you time during their consultation to fully understand everything? And did you feel confident? If not... Then think about the possibility of you having a complication and this being the treatment you'd receive?
There's a lot to be taken in when choosing a surgeon - qualifications of the surgeon, the surgeon manner toward you, the clinics overall treatment of you... All this needs taken into consideration NOW before deciding because once you have your op Jen.... There's no going back, so if you're unsure about all the surgeons above, then keep seeing surgeons Jen. This is one of the biggest decisions of your life. Make it the right one for 'you' babe. Xx

Re: Been thinking....
You can't Boney. Your cleavage (gap) will ALWAYS remain the same post-op as it is pre-op. Xx
Re: Been thinking....
LOL'ing at you lot! Hehe
Yeah I know that there is no changing my natural cleavage. But I don't have a cleavage because I don't have really have boobs. Maybe if I had boobs then the gap wouldn't be as big as it appears now. My boobs were bigger when pregnant and BF'ing and and they didn't have a big gap then!
I showed the surgeons bare boobies. No bras in sight! ;-)
