I want 2nd ba to have 800cc + any recommendations?

I am hoping to enhance my breasts from 500cc implants to around 800cc maybe bigger.
I've read a lot that Dr Singh from transform and enhance your body specialises in large breast enlargements and that he even done Katie price's.

Does anyone recommend any other surgeons/clinics and what price range am I looking at roughly? 


I aim to research and fin the perfect surgeon for these huge boobs I want by this time next year.

Its like a tag for him which makes me laugh really because if she were happy with his work she wouldn't have gone and chosen other surgeons abroad to do her other surgeries lol, so I don't think its really something he should brag about (I know he isn't personally bragging here lol)

Have you seen any other surgeons yet Stella? What you need to take into consideration is if your body can actually fit an 800CC+ implant! because we all have a breast width diameter and if an implant diameter (the implants base width) is too large for your BWD then you're really heading into high risk territory then, so it would be best to find out first what you have to work with Stella and what the possibilities are.

Clinics also that I've read don't offer aftercare for breast implants over 800CCs because they generally have to be custom made, so this too is something you might want to consider discussing when any surgeons you meet Stella.

I personally couldn't offer any advise on any surgeons that particularly favour big boobs hun, but I would advise you place the risks before the look and maybe see a few surgeons, preferably at least one BAAPS surgeon to ensure you're not only getting the look you want but also the least risk possible in helping you to achieve it.

Our lovely mod Mrsball has 800CC implants, I know it took her a couple of surgeries to get to that size though, but hopefully she'll be along soon to offer further advise with her experience. Xx

It is true that clinics often do not offer aftercare for implants over 800cc because like cookie said they have to be custom made...

If you can safely have 800ccs (they fit within your BWD) then its your own personal choice if you like the bigger rounder look :) I have heard that mr singh does 'big boobs' from other forums although never really researched him myself as I went for the natural look.
Often surgeons will give ladies bigger implants if they are tall or have a BWD that needs a bigger implant, but its harder to find a surgeon willing to perform surgery on a smaller girl who wants the 'big boob' look.

Like cookie said, Mrsball is our go to lady here about bigger implant advice :) if you can safely have the 800ccs then go for it if that's what you are after :) We will all be able to support you...however do go for a few consultations first to ensure your doing the right thing for you... it can carry more risks xxx

I've had 800cc hunny, it's taken me 3goes but I got there ! 
My surgeon has told me this is the biggest I can go and what he is willing. To put in. I have a small bwd and small ribcage. The implants had to be eurosilicone xhp as this was the only implant of that size to fit my dimensions .

Having larger implants does carry more risk and a surgeon will explain those and only put an implant size that big if he is confident it's right for you.

I would have a few consultations first Hun and get the feel, a re op is usually more expensive as they explant the old implants. 
You could be looking at anywhere between 4,500-5,500 depending on the implant also as bigger implants mean higher price.

My surgeon is mr Percival of cosmetic surgery partners. A bapas registered surgeon also. He doesn't work for one of those big companies. 

Where abouts are you in the uk? 

I went back to him as he done my first ba. 

The usual consensus is to have around3 consulations one being with a bapas/bapras registered surgeon.

What are your stats hunny? X

My stats are 38, 33, 37.

I definitely have the skin to stretch as I have had 4 children, my youngest just 4months ago 4 years post op.
I did not get stretch marks on my stomach and boobs but once my milk came in my boobs went humongous and have now been left feeling droopy and empty.

I went for a consultation with my surgeon from clinic beaucare in Harley street.
He agreed that I didn't need an uplift but a bigger implant to fill them out more.
I informed him that I wanted to go 'big' and he told me that as they only use implants up to 600cc I would therefore only go up 1 size.

I haven't had a consultation with Mr Singh but have read on other forums that he specialises in xl breast implants.

I will definitely have a few consultations before making any decisions and will take into consideration every risk factor involved.

I would really appreciate recommendations of surgeons so as not to have any other consultations to be told they do not work with 800cc or over.

What cup size did 800cc take you to? I've read didn't sizes for different volumes? I achieved an E with 500cc is that anything to go by measurement wise? Xx
