Been quite swollen last couple of days but my other bra is too loose which is why I'd rather be uncomfy but supported in the smaller one, except it's digging in and leaving marks round my ribs... So enter the sanitary pad!! I've cut off the wings and stuck the sanitary towel to the bra so the padded side is against my body and.... Ahhhhhhhhhhh sooooo much better yes loads of cushioning and so no more marks!! 



I also use them cut in half and stuck in shoes instead of gel for pads you can buy (cheaper and as they stick down stay in place allllllll night) bet they never anticipated the many uses when they came up with them Hysterical

HAHAH I know, who knew so many uses!!

Jen I've been doing that as long as I could go out, it's nearly £5 for them gel things and they always fall out it's the prefect solution Hysterical

I think theyre regularly used on my hubbys scout camps as emergancy bandages too!!
