250 cc
I wonder if any of you girls could help me..
My friend had a BA few months ago and she looks amazing. She said that she had 250 cc silicone implants unders.. I wanted to find out what projection she's got.. she says that she doesn't remember but she thinks she had allergan implants. I looked at the implant table and cannot see 250 cc (found 255 cc XHP but she said that she definitely had 250 cc).
Does anyone know which implant it could be? It's definitely not PIP because she asked..
And it looks like HP or XHP, but I want to know exact projection in cm.
Thanks for help girls xx

Re: 250 cc
The only allergan implants I found by doing a search that was 250cc was either low profile or teardrop... do you know if she had rounds or the teardrops? what company did your friend go with because that might help as certain companies tend to use certain brands more.. also if she still has any paper work it should tell her in there? xxx

Re: 250 cc
Hi. The surgeon should have given her a booklet with some stickers detailing the exact implant she had. They'll be the stickers from the actual implant. This should give you a code like TRX. This will let you know the profile, for example mine mean texture, responsive, X high profile.

Re: 250 cc
Thanks Jen, it looks like mentor moderate plus is equivalent to allergan moderate??
I love my friend's projection.. should I go for moderate profile then?
And also, her ribcage is 30' and mine is 32'. Does flatter implant look better on smaller ribcage?
Thanks for advice girls xx

Re: 250 cc
Hiya, just wanted to add that same sized implants on different people will give totally different look as we all have unique body measurements. Focus on the look you want , your friend may have had high profile to achieve the result she has got , your measurements may indicate moderate or xhp profile implants to get similar results, so take lots of pics off the look you want to your consultation and let the surgeon and his/ her expertise work out the implant needed to get the results you are looking to achieve. Re: 250 cc
I agree with mirren, although it sounds like your friend has found out what she maybe has... On you it can give a totally different result because it not only depends on height weigh and measurements but also factors such as how much breast tissue you already have and your breast width diameter..
The profile is chosen based on your breast width as the implant needs to fit so mods may not be right for you... If you are worried try to get back in for an appointment just to try them on again and to talk about your worrys xxx

Re: 250 cc
Agree with Mirren and Jenifer, the same implants can look soo different n different people-so if you go just asking for your friends implant you will be really upset if you then don't get her look.
Your best bet is to take photos of the look you want-maybe take a picture of your friends boobs if she is happy for you too, then when you see surgeons ask them how they can give you that look based on your body xx

Re: 250 cc
I think I'll do that xx
My PS said that trying on implants is quite misleading because they will look different once placed under muscle. I'll show him the pics and he'll advise me best xx

Re: 250 cc
You can't judge how someone else implants would look on YOUR body Hun.
If you take a look at the post op stats thread (sticky at top of this section) EVERY WOMAN IS DIFFERENT dispute having the same implant in some cases.
We are all diffrent and things such as height, weight, bwd, breast tissue, cleavage, and even our ribcage shape all factors into how your implants will look on YOU.
Trust your surgeon Huns and if in any doubt have another consultation. He's chosen what's best for YOU. X
