Hi ladies. Haven't been on here for a while hope you're all ok xx

Thought I'd give you an update on how my girls have been!

Still loving them and its been just over 10 weeks. Don't think they've fluffed yet as not much change from previous pics but def think they're settling.

Nipples are still sensitive, not as painful and hopefully getting better by the day.

Boux avenue are opening about an hour away from me this week so am off to get properly measured
:stars I'm hoping to get some good bras as at the mo I think my boobs look better and bigger without a bra! Sometimes i feel that I can only make them look big by wearing a padded bra. Maybe this will change when they fluff? Or maybe it's just a case of boob greed?

All in all so so pleased I had them done and so so pleased I found this forum xxx

Thanks girls xx will let you know how I get on!
Sassy yes I am back in the gym! After 7 weeks away it was a bit down heartening having to start from scratch again but 4 weeks later and I'm back on top form. Feeling great and lifting more than pre op. How about you did you last your 6 weeks abstinence?! Xx

HA! No not even close. But my PS had said I could do low level gym work from 3-4 weeks if I felt ready. I was back in on the bike from 3 weeks and back to normal routine with running and classes and everything now. Only just started back on the weights last week. I wasn't silly about it, I listened to my body and only did very very low impact initially.

Glad you're all back to normal now - I think when you're fit in the first place it doesn't take long for you to get back to it after a break xxx
