Turtle necks !!
Honestly Tink, you'd be surprised a)how easy it is to discguise, and b) how little anyone notices/cares! If you get a white or black one, it just looks like the top of a vest line. Even the beige looks fine. But you'll only see it if you're wearing very low cut tops. The bands are about 2/3" wide, and sit just above the areola line, to push that muscle area down.
Are you in office gear on reception? Coz Polo shirts would be the perfect disguise!

Re: tops to go with compression band
I know, I think a lot of gals panic and think this thing is huge and theyre going to have to wear turtle necks or a burkha to cover it up! I had mine on for 6weeks, and not one person questioned it. Its like, you're so obsessed with it yourself that someones going to go 'whats that, whats it for' and end up in an awkward convo, that you forget that everone else is actually so wrapped up in themselves and their own problems to notice! It'll be fine Tink, dont worry about it!

Re: tops to go with compression band
That's the one drama I found, my nipples poking out, however you could get some sort of nipple plaster to cover them.
I wore a vest top under everything whilst I was wearing the band. I've got a few plain fairly high necks jumpers from Next which worked quite well.
How long do you have to wear it for?x

Yeah I had one before, and I did struggle to hide it but wasnt always on reception so thats the only reason I need to have it covered this time and Im not sure if its me but mine came right up under my armpits so even with certain tops it showed under the arms
Im wearing it for 4 weeks, and yeah def need to strap my nipples down lol xx

Re: tops to go with compression band
Thinking about it mine came up quite high under my arms too. They are quite uncomfortable and it's weird not having anything else covering your boobs! I felt quite naked when I was wearing mine. Thankfully I only had to wear it for a short time.
Good luck with the shopping. It's always fun to get some new stuff!!x

Re: tops to go with compression band
hey tink, you're lucky because its getting colder now, so you could wear a scarf if you don't like turtle necks? or both lol.
what i did, top fashion tip here lol, is wear my vest tops back to front so the higher bit would cover the band. honestly works!! :)
