update from two previous posts
Hey girls,
From my two previous posts - worried I've done something and itching but not from incisions.
I hav3 rung the hospital and they hav3 said everythings normal and it's settling down, so has put my mind at rest now :) Can now settle down and enjoy my boobs.
If I do have any other concerns later on, I can just give the hospital a call and either they'll give me advice or I can see my consultant so alls good.

Re: update from two previous posts
I experienced the shooting pains up until about week 5 so its all normal... ive also seen ladies say that they experience the odd one even months down the line so all fine :)
You've had a really tough journey by yourself and its so emotional so its understandable you've felt worried at times without any support. I hope you start to feel better now xx

Hope you're starting to feel better now Rach. It does get better. I'm getting the shooting pains still; they seem to come on at random times, like when I'm in public so I end up pulling all sorts of strange faces!!
Try and concentrate on enjoying them now and try not to worry about all the little aches and pains. They're all normal and everything is just adjusting and settling following the trauma of surgery.x

Thanks , I don't know what I would've done without my friend at the gym recommending this forum as otherwise I don't think I would've be as prepared as I was for it and probably wouldn't have gone through with it.
Also most of the information on here are things that they don't tell you, plus you know there are others going through the same thing as you.
Well as kelly clarkson's song goes What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!!!!!!! Which in my case is true.

Yeah, I will do now -also can just ring the hospital if worried and see my consultant if can't sort the problem over the phone or the consultant giving me a call back about the problem.

Re: update from two previous posts
Ahh fab news hun ! I've just had a shallow bath and got hubby to wash my hair while I held on to mine for dear life... I felt like they were gonna drop off, even now I'm sitting here feeling more like I went for a jog rather than had a quick bath... LOL. Hope you continue to heal well and don't have any further issues :D xxx

Re: update from two previous posts
Remember Rach, theyre going to be healing internally for up to a year, so all the little pings and shocks and weird feelings (which are all perfectly normal) can happen at any time. Even now I'll get one that completely catches me off guard and I end up cradling my boob in public! But its all fine. Glad to hear your minds more settled :)

Re: update from two previous posts
Thank you, well the first week I had shallow baths but I actuall kneeled in the bath and got a shower puff and splashed water over my arms and body - if I got my bra wet I would just change it qeither from macom to sportsbra or vice versa or would flannel wash top of boobs as felt really dirty.

Re: update from two previous posts
Hey,
I'm back at work tomorrow on a late shift (2-8) but my dentist is on holiday so I won't be doing much, probably tidying surgery, doing some college work etc.
