4 Months Post Op
Hi y'all!!
Hope you and your puppies are all doing well? I've been missing for a while, I'm sorry!
Well - some of you may remember that I was worried about my boobs being different (the left one is great, but the right is totally different!). Well - when I went for my 6 week check up (back in July) and my surgeon said that the muscle on my right had pulled the implant up higher than it should, resulting in there being a 1cm gap between my crease and my scar and making my boobies look really squint when not is a bra. So the plan is that I go in for revision in Jan (when I am 6 months post op).
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Hi Blue!! Thank u! Glad to 'see' a familiar 'face' lol! How are you getting on? How was Barcelona?
I was a wee but upset when he confirmed what I already know but it was glad he didn't try and fob me off. He said the revision should be fairly straight forward. Not sure about who pays yet? Totally stupid but I forgot to ask! I have a feeling that it might be partly my fault as I was carrying my little boy about 7-10 days post op. I'm right handed him and carry him on my right side. Maybe not but I think so?

Re: 4 Months Post Op
A muscle being so tight and not allowing for the implant to drop so holds it high is something that can occur... The good thing is that your surgeon has been very sympathetic babe and is sorting this all out for you which is fantastic! Really please you'll so soon be sorted hun and then go on to fully enjoy your new boobs.
Gotta agree with Blue - you have a great body hun. Xx

Hey midgie, good to hear from you! Sorry to hear you've got to have a revision, that's a bummer. But at least it's getting sorted, Jan will be here in no time! I doubt it's anything to do with carrying the littlun, probably just one of those things. All the best :)

hey hun, aaw barcelona was really great with some lovely girls!! we're already plotting a christmas get together lol.
if its your muscle being tight i doubt it's something you would have 'caused' as such, but i may be wrong x
glad it's being sorted out for you, do you have a date yet?
get yourself a ticker and keep us updated :) x

Re: 4 Months Post Op
ah if your surgeon is willing to correct it and says it's not a big op, then sounds like those are 'ideal' conditions for a revision hun x
it will get sorted for you and then you'll have your perfect boobs xx

Re: 4 Months Post Op
Yup... Your surgeon should be able to just release that muscle of you which will allow for theyMidgiebites wrote:

muscle to drop.
You should have a fairy quick recovery afterwards too... So its all good babe and you'll be so glad when its all over and you can then admire your lovely boobs, seeing them 'both' at their full potential xx
Good to see you back here babe Xx
