Re: December Buddies
Hi MissCET,
you avi is absolutely awesome!!! :)
I have just posted a long thread as feeling a bit sad still about these puppies and i just feel everyone else on the dec buddies is at a diff stage so maybe I am just one of the slow ones? Can i ask do you have pics I can see as you got the size of implant i wish i had got now - or 450cc and i would love to see the size of yours. I can only really txt or e-mail pics as I dont have a pictrail as i use a work laptop.
Jenpops i wouldnt say my boobs were any diff size wise before - i am sure when i once got measured in a little boutique the girl said to me my left was a tiny bit bigger (which is common due to your heart being there - i think thats what she said) but it defo was never noticeable to me as you were walking a teeny teeny diff.
I wouldnt say it is majorly noticeable but i really is bothering me as i can totally tell and i am just hoping it maybe just hasnt dropped fully.
that question has really made me think misscet - i think it might actually measure the same size but it most definatey 'looks' smaller on the right - its really weird!!!!
xx

Re: December Buddies
Aww hunny please don't be down. It seems like a lot of people have one tricky boob...i'm sure they will look perfect once settled. Being totally flat chested before, my boobs are literally all implant - but i think a slight size difference is totally normal when you have some natural breast there. I actually had a random conversation with my 'natural' busty friends, and most of them had at least 1/2 a cup size difference between their breasts.
I don't have a picture trail, but i have taken a couple of snaps on my phone...you're welcome to view. If you PM me your email address i'll send them over.
Jen - thanks hon. Yes it's a basque i bought pre-op, it's size medium rather than cup size. I had nothing to put in it previously! xxx

Re: December Buddies
well ladies, after feeling a bit down i decided to just jumo in car and get my bum straight to bravissimo today and then our lovely louise recommeded another place in glasgow that was great.
turns out i am not a 34 back and i am a 30 back and an f or ff cup. I was so happy when the girl said to me they looked really natural.
I know you dont need to tell them and keep your bra on but i had it off - whipped them out and was just like what do you think of these....lol
i said i was paranoid about my left being bigger and she said it was v subtle - i suppose i am just homing in on it as i notice it. Louise and MissCET have both said they look great so i am just going to chill out a bit and wait for my right to look more like my left as i LOVE my leftie - she has given me the most pain and disscomfort but she is how i want righty to look!!
only bought one sports bra today although i need alot more but at £38 they aint cheap but no point in paying all this money for BA and then putting on a cheapo bra.
I just dont want them dropping anymore or they will be at my knees lol.....its amazing how you get used to them so high and when they drop you think they look saggy!!! lol

Re: December Buddies
thanks krizoo - so sweet of you to say that. i think we are all really hard on ourselves at times!!
yes tinkerbell i went to that bravissimo and the lovely louise told me to go to the shop next to la senza in buchanan galleries and they measured me the exact same size which was great. would you believe la senza measured me 34dd and the other two 30ff.
i felt the 30 really quite tight on my back so i think i may get the 32f although she did say the 30 would give me the best support as wel as a balconette bra.
i dont know how i will feel wearing wires - only been wearing sports bras still as i have got soooo used to them!!

Re: December Buddies
Ha me too MissC, mind you i've a funny feeling i'll end up with nipple tassles, my Hubbys a bit of a practical joker. He's always up to mischief, 1 year he bought a thing called 'Bog Monster' which is basically a plastic gruesome monster thing which is attached to underside of toilet lid, i actually cried with the fright i got when i lifted toilet lid to have a wee. (Lol that wasn't a valentine pressie i better add, he does have a romantic side).
It's our 10th wedding anniversary this year so we're feeling the love, before we married he took me to Paris for the day, 1st flight out & last flight back, it was so lovely, i'd love to do that for him this year as a surprise but the flights aren't same as they were 11yrs ago unfortunately.
Do you have any special plans? X

Re: December Buddies
Ha ha, the Bog Monster...i won't let my husband hear about that, it's the sort of thing he'd find hilarious!
Ahh Happy 10th Wedding Anniversary That's so lovely, and ten years on you are obviously both crazy about each other . Perhaps you can create a little bit of the Paris magic at home? Or go to a nice french restaurant?
I haven't got anything major planned. My one year old is recovering from tonsilitus, so don't want to leave her with a sitter. I popped to M&S the other day and bought the 'Dine in for £20' deal. In fact i bought it twice, as my best friend is single - so i'm doing a second meal for her on the Saturday.
If you are staying in you should check it out...really nice options and includes a bottle of wine and a box of chocs.
Whatever you do, i hope you have a lovely time xxx

Hooray, what a lovely post! I'm so pleased you are happy, i thought they looked gorgeous last time i saw them - so bet they look blimin brilliant now!
I'm loving my boobs too. No issues at all, although they do seem to have fluffed a bit over the last few weeks (which i wasn't expecting as they dropped so early). Some of my new bra's are now too tight...this BA business is expensive!!!
Thrilled all is well with you xxxx

Re: December Buddies
Hello Poppet, I'm boobing along smashingly. Crossed another boob milestone this week, did my first Burpee in gym since op and went back on my Powerplate (missed that so much, so did my **naughty word**,lol). Taking kids swimming this Sat 1st time since op, the pool we're going to has a couple of flume slide things, so a bit nervous about going down them, i'll go on my own 1st to make sure I feel ok.Lol I can just imagine myself holding onto my boobs for dear life, normally I hold my nose to stop water going up it.
How's all at your end? How's the girls (boobs & kids)?x

That's so good to hear! I've been using the powerplate over the last week or so - love it!!!
All is good with me. The kids are fine, although my one year old is teething so we can't remember what a good nights sleep is. She's taken to waking between 12.30pm - 3ish most nights and refusing to go back to sleep - not fun!!
Boobs are great thanks. I went out for dinner with my girl friends last night and they all commented how good they look. I have days when i think they look almost too natural and i wish i had a bit more projection or upper pole.
