Checking your breasts with implants..
so i was wondering now that i'm past my initial recovery at 4 months, and things should have settled, how do i go about checking my breasts for lumps etc now that i have implants?
just the same as before, will i feel it just the same? i have already carefully tried, but not sure if i'm doing it right and obviously i don't want to miss anything...
i have partials if that makes any difference.
completely forgot to ask my surgeon about this.. has anyone else had any advice on this?

You'll do a breast exam just as you would your real boobs Blue.
I always check mine in the shower. I find it easier to move around the breast and underarm with soapy fingers to move around. Xx

Great question blue, hadn't even crossed my mind! I guess because the implant is under any breast tissue, you can still feel any abnormalities over the top. Thanks for confirming cookie!
