Feel surprisingly great this morning, pain is no where near as bad as I imagined... Just feel really heavy and as if I've been lifting weights!! Managed to get my sis to take a pic of them when I woke up yesterday (new avi), since then they have swollen so much especially at my cleavage! Can't wait to see them fluffed xxxx

Sorry ladies. I totally understand how you want to post a pic of the new additions however, please use a bra or bikini to do so. No topless pics with just nips covered please! 

Set up a picturetrail for the topless photos so you know not any tom richard or Harry will be looking at your boobs :ok:
