Re: Pre BA
Sorry, hit send early!!
My advice would be to know the "look" you want, a good surgeon will be able to advise you on cc size from this.
There is loads and loads of advice already on this forum - you may loose a good few hours looking through posts, but it is all good!
There are also lots of experienced ladies on here that will be able to answer any specific questions you may have.
Have you decided on your surgeon and clinic yet?

Re: Pre BA
For what my advise is worth babe... I'd say, forget looking at what anybody else's resulting sizes might be and with having a BA age is definitely no factor in your resulting size babe.
Take a read through this thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] lovely and also this one [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] too.
Hopefully these will help you to understand all the factors that go into achieving a resulting hun. If you're at all unsure about your own estimated resulting size lovely, then its never too late to make another consultation with your surgeon to discuss it further. You want to be able to go into surgery 100% happy and confident with all decisions made Xx

Re: Pre BA
Thank you very much! My surgeon is Adam Kalecinski, I have not seen him yet as he is based in Poland. Which is
Probably why I am still not sure abt size, as I know when I see him he will know what to advise.
But I'd like to go there with an idea myself so I'm not just being told. X

Re: Pre BA
You haven't even met your surgeon to discuss this hun?
Which clinic are you using Ash? Do you know if he speaks English? Do you know anything at all about your surgery? Have you had any pre-ops to ensure you're fit for surgery?
Sorry for all the questions babe. Xx

Re: Pre BA
We or yourself cannot give a guesstimate of cc size for you Hun because we have no idea of your height, weight, breast tissue bwd, and everything that needs to be taken into consideration.
This should all be done before your by your surgeon.
I'm sorry but I'm not an advocate of surgery abroad and I'm always concerned hearing of booking a ba without even seeing a surgeon, especially abroad.
Have you paid in full or just a deposit? And can I ask why you decided on going abroad ? X

Re: Pre BA
It wasn't so much I chose to go abroad. The surgeon I wanted worked in Poland so thts why I'm going there. Even though I know to a lot of ppl it doesn't sound the best but I have researched it thoroughly and both my Aunty and cousin have used Adam. X

Re: Pre BA
If possible, I think we all here would recommend not going for surgery abroad if at all possible, there are many risks with this and it is much safer here in the UK..If anything goes wrong there are many things to consider such as you would need to pay yourself to go back over to Poland, the aftercare is not always great and if something goes wrong, the NHS will be the ones that will need to sort out the problem and this will mean most likely removing the implant completely without replacement....this is a support forum of course so we are all here to support you if you do decide to go over there still...
As we are all individuals with a unique body, it does not matter what cc's another woman has had even with completely the same stats because chances are you will not get the same result... size is determined on many things such as your lifestyle, height, weight and BWD, its advisable to go for the look you like( out of sizes offered to you by the surgeon) rather than focus on the CC's xx

Re: Pre BA
Do you know that although he states he's on the Uk GMC register which he is, that he only specialises in 'general surgery' babe and not 'plastic surgery'?
Of course its entirely your decision who you have your surgery with and who you go to, We're here to support you through any decision you make babe, x

Re: Pre BA
I completely understand peoples concerns about going abroad but it was something I researched thoroughly. If anything did go wrong and I had to go back I wouldn't need to pay for it, they cover that for u. Having seen Adams work and other peoples I much preferred his which is why I chose him. I do understand peoples concerns tho. X

Re: Pre BA
hi from a fellow Scot!!
size wise only the surgeon should tell you this but for something to compare too
I was a size 8 in a dress and a 32 nothing and had 360cc MP unders and im now a 32e/f
However after my surgery my surgeon decided to take a job opportunity in Manchester and I (as you may have read) am having complications and awaiting a reop too, and the travelling up and down the Manchester to see my surgeon is hard work lol let alone abroad, so I hope all works out for you and there is no complications
where do you go for your check up after surgery, like up here it can be anything between 7 and 14 days to check the stitches etc xx

Re: Pre BA
Hi there, I completely how it understand people's concerns but being from Scotland I was never going to get it done here anyway. It would of been London/Manchester etc. which is actually further for me than where I'm going.
I have no worries about my surgeon or where I'm going.
I have seen and spoke to a lot of ppl who have had work from him which I believe to be far more important than just geographical distance. X

Re: Pre BA
There are actually MANY very good surgeons in Scotland babe. Tink is only travelling to Manchester because the surgeon she originally had her surgery with 'in Scotland' relocated. So she then had to travel for her revision.
I think we've all given you all the advise advise we can babe about surgery abroad, so no-one is going to harp on at you here hun. Its your choice and as long as you know all the risks and are happy to proceed... Then we will support you Ash

Re: Pre BA
Yeah ur right there are lots of good surgeons is Scotland! But just none I decided to go to. The surgeon I am using used to work in London and relocated which is why I'm going to Poland, had he still been in the uk that's where is be going. I really appreciate all the advice. X

Re: Pre BA
Yes, I read his bio on his website. He is only specialised in 'general surgery' but if you're happy - you're happy and it sounds like there's no changing your mind anyway! Lol.
Are you looking forward to your big day?
