A day off... Empty A day off...

I normally watch what I eat. But today I'm feeling a little sorry for myself and decided to have a day off. Had some chocolate and am chilling with a book. I have thrush from the antibiotics so needed a treat day. Back on track tomorrow as want to eat loads of natural foods plus fruit and veg to have a healthy recovery. X

We all have to have a lil treat now and then. My little sin is cadburys chocolate........... Love it!!!!!!! Flakes!!!!!!!! Just heaven!

I always give myself one cheat day a week babe. If I didn't I'd be off the wagon and eating everything in sight! Lol

You enjoy it Jay. I think many of feel guilty sometimes when we do treat ourselves to some chocolate, or in my case its me pick 'n' mix lol, I know I do, but we really shouldn't. We look after ourselves and from what I know of you lady you go above and beyond looking after that body of yours! So we should just enjoy when we do have what we want..
