What size??
Hi girls,
I had my first consultation last week with Mr Russo at the hospital group and came out really excited! I havnt booked anything yet, still doing my research!! I'm really undecided on what size to go..
I'm a AA cup and only 5"2 about 7st and a size 6 so have a really small frame.. He recommended I get 295 or 395 cc implants but I really don't want them looking too fake, I've seen girls my size with boobs that look stuck on and really don't want that if poss! But at same time I want my monies worth and want to notice a difference! Any advice?
Thanks :) x

Re: What size??
Hi viky, welcome to the forum.
As we are all different in shape, size etc. it's hard for anyone to say.... I would be advised by your surgeon he will know what's best for you.....
Maybe go for a couple more consultations and then decide.
Size is what worries us all. I was like you, I wanted natural, my surgeon likes to do natural and won't go too big, which I'm pleased about...... I'm hoping DD/E. which I think will be nice on me. I do lots of gym etc so I don't want to go to big.
So lots of things to weigh up chick, keep us posted.. Xx

Re: What size??
Hi and welcome hunny, as for size it's one of the biggest descions I think most girls encounter on a ba!
Have you had any more consultations to maybe get a few opinions from surgeons?
Maybe see a bapras / bapas registered surgeon also for a full in depth consulation (eg. Nuffield, spire, and Independant hospitals to name a few)
It sounds to me you have a very petite frame and won't take a lot of Ccs to take you up cp sizes, the smaller ribcage and smaller frame the less Ccs are needed to go up a cup size.
I had 380cc for my 1st ba and took me to a d/dd and 395cc is a fair size implant.
Your best bet is to maybe take a photo pictures of boobs you like to show the surgeon to give him an idea of what look you are going for.
Xxxx

Re: What size??
Hi vicky!! You sound so petite!! :)
I think what will really help you is to have a few more consultations so you can compare... Did you tell him what your after or take any pictures? He would have measured you so he wouldn't have recommended a size that wouldn't fit therefore giving the fake look...
I think go for another consultation or two , that will really help... You could also make rice boobs as a rough guide (measuring 295 or 395 grams of rice and popping it in the bottom of tights) to give you an idea?

Re: What size??
I am a similar size to you and have 325 unders. I don't feel they are too big for my frame.
Did you get to try some sizes on? I went for a couple of consultations and tried out sizes each time. found that really helped me get a good idea of how I would look and what size suited me. It also helped me to know what did look too big for my frame. Both the surgeon and I agreed on the point where I looked too top heavy and might topple over!! I

Re: What size??
Hi vicky,
I had hoped to get 320cc but my surgeon couldn't physically fit it so i ended up with 280cc ( he said he didnt use 295cc as it wouldve been more likely to increase risk of rippling and give a more fake look) and im 5"6 and 7&half stone although everyone is different but if I were you I'd get a few more consultations with other surgeons to get their opinion. 100cc is a big difference on such a small frame. Xx

Re: What size??
I agree with Pixiedust. 100cc's is a big bracket. Even 350 cc's looked too big on me when we tried out sizes, and that was only 25 cc's more than I have got.

Re: What size??
Hi Vicky
Exciting to have started the journey but I agree with the others, size is such a drama. As you say you want to get your monies worth but not look fake.
I'm booked in with Mr Russo on 5th October. I'm so excited. I've seen four surgeons and picked him as I felt comfortable. He gave me a number of sizes that he could fit in but be did say that the bigger the implant the bigger the chance of premature sagging. I hadn't considered this to start with.
In my research I realised that he is quite keen on giving people the natural look. I'd always thought about going as big as possible but after being on here I realised that there are ladies that after surgery have them reduced at later surgeries!
Try on some implants, make some rice boobies and have some more consultations and I am sure you'll be able to make a more informed decision soon.x

Re: What size??
Hey. I think the ladies here have pretty much said it all! The same size implant on 2 people, even of similar stats, can have completely different results, so we can only give you a guide line. Have you had a look on post op stats? That can give you some idea of what results can be achieved.
100cc is a big difference so you need to be sure. Have a couple more consults to try and gage an 'average' size suggestion, and definitely try with the rice boobies.
I was given a choice of 340 and 375, but like pixiedust, when it came down to it, he couldn't fit the 375 in, so the choice was made for me. It was a good choice tho, and I'm happy with them.

Re: What size??
Hello and welcome to Breast Buddies Vicky
Try taking pictures with you of the 'look' you like when you go for your next consultation hun. This will help you so much better in trying to convey to your surgeon what you're wanting from this BA than it would from discussing 'cup sizes' which could get very confusing is you each have a different perception of how big a specific cupsize may be. See this thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
You can find pictures to take with you in mens mags such as NUTS or ZOO, or maybe look through celeb columns and take in pictures of any celebs in bikinis who's boobs size you like. This thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] with links to before and after pics may help you also.
Good luck with your consultations Vicky, please let us know how you get on... You'll find lots of information here in the Breast Augmentation Information section of the forum really helpful to you and any questions or concerns... Just fire away babe
Enjoy the forum Vicky. X
