Hi everyone, I have a sore area at the bottom of my vertical scar And it's quite painful and annoying! It's not bleeding or anything but I can feel a throbbing pain from it all the time...I know there's nothing I can do but wait for it to heal but its driving me

Awww sweetie, try using icepacks over the tops of your boobs (not near the incision) I know it sounds silly, but it honestly does help.

If you've stopped taking pain killers don't be shy of taking them now whilst you need them to get you through hun. You should be able to make yourself as comfortable as possible Hug

Ah thanks...I've been taking painkillers again now and padding it with gauze so hopefully it will heal itself quickly! X
