Oh Hun I'm on day 2 and know how you feel! I think at least as far as you go, you'll be on your way back up from now on. I don't think it gets any worse from where you are.
Hang on in there - it's gonna get better soon xxx

Re: 4 days post op
Days 3/4 are just about the worst. You're exhausted from sleep deprivation, and the aches and pains are just nothing like you expected. But trust me, it going to get better. A lot of girls on here find they have a turning point about now, the little things like being able to open a door yourself (or pull up your own underwear in my experience!). Once you get your wound check done and can have a nice hot shower, you'll feel tons better. Make sure you're eating right, drinking lots of water, and try and get out for a walk and some fresh air, you'd be surprised how much better it'll make you feel :)

Re: 4 days post op
Awwww Hun it does get better x I remember the day after my op and feeling still so sick and finding it difficult to stand up right for long, my daughter said ' do you wish you'd never had it done?' I just looked at her and burst into tears nodding my head! It's still very early days for you lovely and it will get better xx
I felt like I had 2 melons stuck on my chest at first and thought I'd never get used to them but I'm 2 weeks post op now, they're starting to soften and starting to feel a part of me. Just think in a few weeks time you'll have lovely boobies to show off and all this will be put behind you xx
We're all here for you x

Re: 4 days post op
No matter how prepared any of us are from research babe, we are never quite prepared for the emotions and the time needed to heal post-op and it can come as quite a shock.
Also after the massive build up of excitement leading up to a BA, then having surgery and looking down, seeing boobs for the first time and filled with euphoria and then having the GA wear off and you look down and see boobs that look nothing like the ones you wanted, they don't feel like your own, you're shattered from lack of sleep and it can be an enormous come down babe...
But it does get better
You're not always going to feel this way
Your boobs aren't always going to look/feel that way
As you get more sleep you WILL feel better
And a good walk out, filling your lungs with fresh air will do you the power of good babe.
Maybe try and get yourself up and dressed today and take yourself out for a nice walk. Just a short walk to start with, but you'll feel much better for it lovely.
We're here if you need us and I hope you feel better soon babe. Xx

Sending you hugs x
You will feel normal again, every day I felt a little bit better, I probably started feeling normal at 2 weeks post op.
It will help enormously once you start getting more sleep. You can always come on here to moan! Boobies are worth it!
