❤ I can't believe it's nearly time!!! (.)(.) !!❤
Hi there fellow September girls! How exciting?! I am having 380/400cc unders (surgeon trying both on the day) natural shape, under muscle, breast crease insertion with Mr Peter Brooks of Nottingham Park BMI.
If anyone is having similar size, day, surgeon please do get in touch! I'm 25 and currently a 34a/b. I think my only real concern is having time off training as I work out 1-3 hours a day, 6 days a week. Other than that I haven't a worry on the world, I wish or was today!!
Hope to hear from a few of you xx ❤ xx:cheer:

Hiya, I can feel your excitement!
Hope all goes well. If it makes you feel any better I am a fitness freak, 4.5 weeks post op, and was given the go ahead to exercise again (lower body) 2 weeks post op. We all recover differently but you may be surprised.
Look forward to reading all about it!

Hi teaspoon, this is my concern to as I train twice a day every day, classes and I'm a runner too.
I hope to soon get back into it but will do as I'm told (for once)
I'm having 420 overs HP. I'm really looking forward to it, I'm not nervous.... Not yet!!
It's very exciting. 2 weeks tomorrow will have boobs... It be worth it. X

For your recovery period babe, staying focused on your boobs and the result you're going to get from putting them FIRST through your recovery is what will get you through... The better you care for you and your boobs, the better result you'll have!
Your training can wait babe and you'll soon get back into training when your body is ready for it.
If you're sensible, eat healthily and don't snack on junk food and take regular walks (I walked twice a day) you won't gain a pound and will be ready to build yourself back up to your fitness levels in no time.
But ultimately... If you want this surgery, you have to get your mind set ready and prepared for the recovery.
Think about how long you've wanted boobs
Think about the money you've paid to get them
Think about the major surgery you're going to out yourself through to get them
Think about the stress this surgery will put on your body and the time it'll need to recover
Now THINK! Is training really a priority? Or will your boobs take priority for the entire time specified by your surgeon? Xx
