when will they stop dropping?
Am reposting as half my post didn't go on last time!
i am 4 months PO and am happy with size and shape but they are too low for my liking! My scars sit 2cm above incidions and just look abit saggy! At my post op consult with surgeon he said they looked perfect and hesaid i don't have to wear sports bras but i do wear them most days as they are comfy but am worried maybe they are too heavy? ☹ could i be bottoming out? Just hope they don't drop any more ☹

Re: when will they stop dropping?
Hi x mine have dropped quite a bit too. I don't think yours will drop anymore, but I do think that you have to look after them to keep them in shape. I am over 10 months post op and wear my sports bra most nights to bed, I wore it every night until the 6 month mark, even though I was told treat them as your own. If you had natural big boobs they are going to drop with gravity. I would keep wearing support most nights. I doubt you are bottoming out. If you have concerns I would ring your clinic for a chat. I can also feel my scars if I put my fingers under my implant. I actually think you probably have a lovely natural looking pair of boobs. Your Avi is fab x

Your scars should sit in the crease of your boob hun. If your bottoming out your nipple will start to point upwards instead of forwards! Do you have any more appointments booked with your surgeon? X

Re: when will they stop dropping?
Your implants will sit in the picket created for them and won't go any lower than that. They've nowhere else to go.
Is it possible your breasts sat low pre-BA? Could it be that you just have larger breasts in the same position?
You do have a very large bust babe and gravity will naturally have an impact on our boobs. With the scars sitting above the crease line, it is still possible that your boobs will drop a little more to allow for them to sit snugly in the breast crease.
If you'd bottomed out you'd have a lot more of your boob under the nipple than you do over the nipple and as Lisa pointed out, it gives the illusion of the nipple looking up rather than naturally forwards or down.
If you're unhappy with your result hun then I'd suggest you make an appointment to talk this through with them babe and tell them you don't want their flattery, you want to know what your boobs look the way they do.
If it is that you just have a large pair of boobs and they're hanging due to gravity hun and the weight of your implants then unfortunately there would be nothing you could do about this xx

Re: when will they stop dropping?
Thanks everyone for replies, i do wear my sports bras 90% of the time and mostly to bed on the exception of falling asleep after activities... :-0 i dint have any more appointments scheduled but ny surgeon said i can book a 6 month PO if i want so i think i will book one to be sure,Cookie mt pre BA boobs were quite saggy as i breastfed and they went from B to a E cup with my milk... IM sure they are fine its just that i presumed the incision scars would sit in the crease but they don't. Is it worth doing chest exercises to tone up the muscles or is it too early? IM notvery fit and am quite weak andpuny so could maybe its COs my muscles aren't very strong? Xxx

Unfortunately sweetie, you could do all the excercise you like. Its not going to lift your boobs babe. The only thing that would have done that for you would have been an uplift.
Your surgeon has filled the excess skin that you had after having breast fed with a large implant sweetness and you will have some hang with that.
Are your nipples sat in a nice position Ali? Xx
