Pre op appt
Hi
I went to my appointment tonight
Slightly annoyed because mr mcgeorge's secretary told me to buy the Belvia bra which I did in three colours and the nurse days I need a sports bra a size bigger eg 36 as I'm a 34 and either front or rear fastening!
So more shopping is required although I'm going to see how the macon fits which I ordered in a 34 from eBay.. Should be here tomorrow
The good news is I have a spray on foam type bandage which I can shower in! If it gets soaked it would obviously be an issue but to shower my hair and then wipe around the body she said os fine and it can be hair dryered dry too. Is this really the case??
Eaaak it feels v real now, this is actually happening x

Re: Pre op appt
I did say to double check about the Belvia babe. With them being a 'comfort' bra rather than a 'sports bra' it didnt sound right.
Glad you're able to shower straight away with waterproof dressings. Its YUK not being able to shower.
Can't believe how near you are now you lucky lady you!!!!

As usual Cookie you are right! Anyway it's not worth getting cross about in the scheme of things and I may be able to sleep in them later on..
Feel very strange to think the next time I'm there will be the DD day hehe x

You'll LOVE them for sleeping in after recovery Bex. I have the Belvias and they're the most comfy bra ever! Give you a nice shape too under T-shirts.
