Oh wow, thats a long wait Blue! Are you getting to see Mr Hassan though? Im a bit annoyed with THG about this, I kept calling to make my 12wk appointment, saying I was free for X dates, and they kept saying its too early, call back later. So I did and now I have to wait til 7th Sept, which is 14wks!

I'd definately wear a sneaky wire to the wedding. Ive been wearing them fridays/saturdays, and actually get a lot less aches and pains in them. Plus I have no idea when I should be wearing them, my paperwork said sports bras for 8, but then my nurse was like, you really should wear for 12, but then shes not my surgeon, so we compromised at weekends and special occasions!

G, definately get into a Bravissimo or Boux Avenue, I was so pleasantly surprised when I found out I'd been wearing the wrong size for so long!

Blue, a wee day in wires shouldnt do much harm!:) especially at 10 weeks post op! Maybe give ur clinc a wee ring just to double check. What size sports bra are you in now? :) xx

i'm going to keep my day in wires a secret lol, don't want to jeopardise aftercare as am meant to wear sports bras for 12 weeks!

i'm wearing an m&s 32D sportsbra with a bra extender but have tried other wired bras on in 32DD so i'd say it depends on the make.

lets see what the experts say! :)

charlii yes i will get to see mr hassan at that point, but afterwards i may have to switch to another surgeon :/ i'll quiz everyone at my appointment!
