Re: GOODMORNING BEAUTIES!!!
Reading some of the other posts, it seems to be the key 2 things are scars covered, very high SPF! At 4mths I think the stretched skin may still be prone to burning quickly, so definately slather it on and cover up! And a good supportive bikini of course!
Hope you have a nice time!

Oh thank you ladies!! I'll make sure they get smothered in the kids sun cream! Lol! I'm taking my 3 little girls with me so probably not going to be as relaxing as I'd like but as long as they love it then I'm happy! Thanks for your replies.. Xxx

Re: GOODMORNING BEAUTIES!!!
You might also want to keep check of your scars every morning. For a long time after scars heal there is still a possibility of spitting stitches finding their way to the surface of the skin. Even with dissolvable stitches!
So do check to see that there are no holes in the scars and that no stitches are coming through.
If you do find any don't panic!
You will not be able to go swimming if there any holes at all made by the spitting stitches. This is an avenue for infection to get through so you'll have to keep the area dry. You're fine to shower, but not to swim in the pool or the sea.
If you have a spitting stitch and you notice the skin surrounding it is going red or its irritating you. Just go and see a doc and they will simply snip the stitch for you and take it out. The hole closes almost overnight then, so once closed you can go back in the pool/sea if you want to. Xx
