Fidgety !!
I'm starting to get so fidgety and restless at nite now I really can't get comfy being propped up anymore, to start with it was fine but now it's driving me nuts! How much longer do I have to sleep like this any suggestions on a comfy position I can try to go sleep?
So sorry to whinge ladies

Re: Fidgety !!
I was told at my 2wk check that I was ok to lie flat/ on my sides again, once all the swelling was down. Have you made the infamous pillow castle? That's supposed to keep you comfy. I found a travel pillow to be my saviour, just kept it on so I could fall asleep everywhere!

Re: Fidgety !!
'Generally' around the two week mark babe, but that's not to say its the same for everyone.
Some women's swelling eases up sooner than others and if you still have swelling then its possible you may need to give yourself more time.
When trying out the transition from back sleeping to side sleeping your V-pillow is an incredible help. You can sort of cuddle the V-pillow whilst creating a gap for the bottom boob to fall into and so you don't put any pressure at all from your body on the lower boob. A rolled pair of soft socks between your boobs will also help to keep them stable and in as little discomfort as possible.
If in any doubt at all hun... It take a minute to just call and ask your clinic what's right for 'you' xx

Thanks ladies I'll keep it up and see what my boobs are like at the 2 week mark as I do still have a little swelling. I am finding that when I wake up in the nite and the morning I have wriggled down to nearly laying flat x
