I would just like to say that I'm very thankful i came across this site.
I had asymmetric surgery on 26/7/13 on the nhs.
I got no after care information, only got an appointment to see the surgeon in November , i was totally clueless. So thank you everyone who has posted on here.

Welcome to this site! You've come to the right place for support etc, there's always someone kind enough on here to answer any questions/ worries you may have and general just offer support so you've come to the right place. Congratulations on your surgery just a shame they can't offer you the aftercare/support that is almost definately needed after an op like this. XXX

I'm so sorry to read that you were just left basically high and dry after surgery but really am so, so happy that we were able to help you along the way so you didnt feel so alone
