Hi everyone

I would like advice on what size sports bra to get, i am currently a full 32C and having 410cc overs HP, ive been reading loads of post about girls who have had 410cc and there are loads of different size out comes.

I have bought 34DD and 34E will I need a larger one and a larger band? does any1 have an idea what size i will end up?

i was a 32b hun i had 410 and i wore a 34 e sports bra as 34dd was to tight around my boobs i would def get a e/f hun as your be real swollen to begin with

yeah bigger sizes i find can be nightmare i just got a transform one and marks and spencers in a 34e

i had 410cc. i was a empty a cup and now a DD which is starting to get tight.

I started a 32A and got to a 32F with my 410cc, but everyone is different. I would get the 34F just in case. Keep all the tags on it and if you don't need it send/take it back. I was wearing a 34DD so the sports bras are quite stretchy, but they do have to be comfy too

I think you're gonna be massive starting off a C and having 410 so id say an FF bra and i think you'll end up FF/G x

OMG i didnt think i would be soooooo big :) happy tho! just hope i dont look too big as i am only a small frame - 5.5" and 8.4 stone and a size 8 :-/ I will buy an F just in case
