My names Nikki and I'm currently trying to book my ba
I've had a few consults and almost definitely decided to book with transform as I much preferred the surgeon.
Each of the surgeons I've seen have agreed on placement and cc amount

Does anyone have 700cc partials and if possible could I take a look.
Also if its not too cheeky could any girls who have had bigger implants tell me what they paid as I feel the 4800 transform want is a bit much

You shouldn't be charged any more than the smaller implants for 700s Nikki. Anything over that size would however be charged more because these implants are generally custom made.

If you're certain about the clinic and the surgeon then you could always haggle the price babe. Just type haggle into the search bar at the top of the forum if you require more information about that. Xx

I haven't used transform so can't help Hun but I'm sure the is lots of girls that can.
You won't get charged more for 700cc Hun. That's a large implant for your first BA, did you ask for that size or was it recommended for you etc?
I wanted to go to 700cc but was told it would be too big for my BWD so largest I could have was 615cc. I'm having my PIPs replaced.
The are some girls that use this forum regularly that have around 700cc so I'm sure they will pop and say hello soon.

I was a 34ff before I fell pregnant and had my daughter and 3yrs later I'm down to a 34c. They've said the 700 will fit and give ne the look and size I want so I've thought it's best to go with that rather than re op sooner.
Transform told me that up to 525cc is 3995 but anything larger incurs extra cost so I told them to price them and call me back so thats when they said 4800. Really I want to get them down more and also wanted to be a day case but they said that's not possible either. I get anxious in strange places and only live 20 mins from hospital

That's a lot extra for the 700cc, doesn't sound right to me, I would defo try haggle that down!!
I am a daycase but again I'm not with transform so don't know how they work, is a shame they won't let you be a day case, what with you living so close!! X

its probably because their budjet range in CUIs high profiles, only go up to that size, they sell this budget range as standard and theyll probably be looking at the Natelle Inspiras which are a more expensive implant. But...dont  take any messing out of them babe. They'll try and squeeze what they can out of you hun. They're a 'business' and if you want to play the haggle game with them, which they'll play, then you have to be as savvy as they are and stand your ground. They won't want to lose you hun, so just go for it. At the very least you'll get a reduction, but make sure youre getting the Allergan Natrelles for that price. X

Ah thanks cookie at least that makes a bit of sense. I'm excited at the prospect of the op but I do not want to pay over the odds for no reason. Especially since pretty large bras will cost a fortune and I'll want a whole new wardrobe lol!

My origional quote with Transform was A LOT less then that - but I went geared up with lots of information and research.  They quoted me £3695 + £300 cash discount if I booked before the end of Aug.

I've got my heart set on a PS at Mya but they had quoted a grand more then that! When I told them I would be going to transofrm because the saving I would make Mya reduced their quote.

I also made it very clear I had a budget (which I also said was £200 less then I have) which will need to stretch to cover the cost of new Bra's, sports bra's etc.

Get quotes from other companies, when you tell them what you've been quoted already knock another couple of hundred off! X
